Noah Turns Two

Noah celebrated his 2nd birthday with a pirate themed party. The best thing about kids this age is the time it takes to open gifts. Each present was unwrapped and read/played with for a good 15-20 minutes before the next one was opened. It was a really great day, I just can’t believe he is two already!

September update …

Wow, what a busy month it has been. Noah turned two, Mum flew over from NZ to visit, and I’ve been busy painting the nursery for baby number 2, due December 11. I am starting to feel very, very pregnant now, with only 2 1/2 months to go. We’ve been shopping around for a bed for Noah, who is going to be relinquishing his cot shortly. Up until now he has been quite happy there, so I’m not sure how well the change is going to go, but all the advice we’ve received has pushed us to make the change now rather than when bub #2 is born, so we will be onto that in the next few weeks. Mum and husband have been trying to talk me into getting a car bed for him, which I’ve no doubt he would love to pieces, but I can’t bring myself to do it. I may compromise and settle for this “vroom vroom” duvet set by Kas Kids.
